Refund Policy

1. Grounds for Termination
The contract may be terminated by either party at any time, provided written notice is given to the other party stating the reason for termination. The non-terminating party must be given a reasonable opportunity to address and resolve any dissatisfaction. If the issue is not resolved, the contract may be formally terminated. • After the Case Planning phase has started and before the Evidence-Building phase is completed (which involves collecting documents relevant to the immigration petition): 50% of the total service fee will be withheld.

  • After the completion of the Evidence-Building phase and before finalizing the Support Documents: 70% of the total service fee will be withheld.

  • After the Support Documents have been finalized: No refund will be issued for any portion of the consulting fee.

If the amount paid by the client at any given stage exceeds the retained amount, the difference will be refunded via bank transfer or PIX/Zelle.
